File: Version 3.0 Preview 2 of the Cortex Microcontroller Software Interface Standard (CMSIS)

This is the second preview release of CMSIS Version 3.00 incorporating review feedback on CMSIS-RTOS from the field.

CMSIS Version 3.00 adds the CMSIS-RTOS which provides a standardized API for software components that require RTOS functionality.

The documentation of CMSIS Version 3.00 has been re-worked to provide a better overview. Also added is support for SC000 and SC300.
