The Analog Devices ADuC7060 is an ARM7TDMI based controller with Dual Channel 16-bit and 24-bit ADC, 32KB on-chip Flash\EE with In-System Programming (ISP) and 4KB RAM, JTAG port for download\debug, 4 Timers, Vectored Interrupt Controller, On-chip crystal oscillator and On-chip PLL.
