LICENSE: error 1552 at uninstalling a license

The uninstallation of my license ends up with this error message:
Please contact Technical Support and report code 1552 for assistance with your installation.
This error indicates that the TRN code used to unlicense the product is valid, but the License key (LIC) embedded in the TRN is not valid. This happens when a customer has purchased, but not installed a product upgrade.
Contact the Technical Support Team and ask to uninstall the LIC manually.
