TRACE32-ICD

The TRACE32-ICD supports most members of the ARM and C16x/ST10 families of microcontrollers. The system is designed for bondout and non-bondout controllers. Its modular and open technology allows the fast integration of new chip designs. TRACE32-ICD is a state of the art In-Circuit Emulator, which offers hardware breakpoints, and real-time selective trace (with ETM). The system offers performance analysis, statistical analysis, and code coverage.
