AT91SAM9263 Starter Kit

The AT91SAM9263 starter kit is a complete design environment which includes an evaluation board and PEEDI debug tool, both with power supplies, the Eclipse IDE, GNU software tools, and the eCos open-source RTOS; along with examples and documentation.

The AT91SAM9263 evaluation board is based on the ARM926EJ-S processor, and includes 64 MB SDRAM, 4 MB Parallel Flash, 256 MB NAND Flash , 2 MB Atmel Serial DataFlash , 4 MB Video Memory on a separate external bus, a 3.5" LCD Display, and an MMC/SD card slot.
