ITAT91RM9200 Evaluation Board

The ITAT91RM9200 evaluation board features the AT91RM9200 microcontroller which is based on the ARM920T processor.

The board has 8MB of 32-bit external SDRAM, and 2MB of Flash memeory. It also has a 10/100 BaseT Ethernet port, a general purpose RS-232 serial port and 4 progammable LEDS and push butons.
