TRACE32-PowerProbe

The PowerProbe timing and state analyzer module is specially designed for microcontroller applications. It can support timing analysis at up to 400MHz, and state analysis at up to 100MHz. It has 16 input channels and can support mixed state and timing mode.

PowerProbe can work independently, or in conjuction with an ICD module. The universal hardware module can be fitted with standard or application-specific probes for connection to the target.
