TRACE32-PowerIntegrator

The PowerIntegrator logic analyzer supports timing analysis at up to 500MHz and state analysis at up to 200MHz DDR; and has 204 input channels, 4 clock inputs, and a time stamp unit with 4ns resolution.

PowerIntegrator can operate independently, or in conjunction with an ICD module. The universal hardware module can be fitted with a standard or application-specific probe for target connection.
