Flasher ARM

Flasher ARM is a programming tool for ARM processor-based microcontrollers with on-chip or external Flash memory. It can be used with the J-Flash software or as a stand-alone JTAG/SWD programmer. Having all the functionality of J-Link, it can operate as a JTAG emulator with download speeds of up to 720 Kbytes/sec.

Flasher ARM is powered via the USB interface, and supports the ARM7, ARM9 and Cortex-M3 processors.
