Universal Access Device 2+

The Universal Access Device 2+ works with the Universal Debug Engine and offers hardware support for debugging via JTAG and a wide variety of system access channels. It is optimized for high-speed communication between UDE on the host PC and a target system. UAD2+ supports all access features of UDE in an optimized manner.

In addition to JTAG, the other communication interfaces supported include IEEE 1394 (also known as Firewire™ or i.Link&trade), USB2.0 and 100 Mbit Ethernet. It also supports CAN communication between host and target.
