phyCORE-i.MX27

The phyCORE-i.MX27 Single Board Computer features the ARM926EJ-S™ processor-based i.MX27 microcontroller from Freescale.

The i.MX27 microcontroller's features include up to 1GBytes of NAND Flash, 2MBytes of SRAM, a real-time clock, 6 UARTs and 3 USB2.0 interfaces. An Ethernet 10/100 MAC, security features, plug-and-play connectivity and power management features makes this module an excellent choice for video and Voice over Internet Protocol (V2IP) cordless and mobile phones, intelligent remote controls, point-of-sales terminals and many other wireless applications.

phyCORE SBC modules are available in a variety of Rapid Development Kits that offer true rapid development solutions by providing all the necessary ingredients to jump start embedded designs. The kit for the phyCORE-i.mX27 SBC includes the SBC module mounted on an applicable Carrier Board which has all the hardware needed for immediae start-up of the module, a well as complete electronic documentation, example programs and evaluation software development tools.
